Viada was founded by Alex Viada, a licensed general contractor, real estate professional, and hospitality-driven operator. After years of helping people navigate repairs, projects, and major decisions, Alex saw how often homeowners were given a house without being given the knowledge to confidently care for it.
That gap is what Viada exists to close. Whether through a 45 minute consultation, a full Home Orientation, a class, or a simple checklist, the goal is the same: help homeowners understand what they own and what to do next.
