Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you book services, register for classes, or purchase products from Viada.
Scope of services
Viada provides education, guidance, and planning services. A Home Orientation or consultation is not a home inspection, engineering assessment, code compliance review, or specialist evaluation, and does not guarantee the condition or future performance of any property, system, or component.
Payments
Consultations require full payment before the appointment is confirmed. Home Orientations may be paid in full or reserved with a deposit. Class registration requires payment before a paid seat is confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate property and contact information
- Provide safe access to the property for in-home services
- Make your own final decisions regarding repairs and contractors
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Viada's liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version always applies to new purchases.
