Refund Policy

Services

Consultations and Home Orientations canceled within the notice window described in the cancellation policy are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Classes

Paid class registrations canceled at least 48 hours before the start time are refunded in full or transferred to a future session.

Physical products

Unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are final sale once accessed. If a file does not download or open correctly, contact us and we will resolve it.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable and do not expire.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days.
