Cancellation Policy

Consultations

You may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Home Orientations

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an in-home appointment. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

Classes

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future session. If Viada cancels a class, registrants receive a full refund or a seat in the next session.

Late arrivals

Appointments begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may shorten the available session time.
